This a total body workout with a focus on strength, conditioning, power development, and functional ability using body weight and some small equipment. If you are always looking for a challenge and love variety, then this is the class for you. This class is designed to be a fast paced and fun (yet safe) way to let off steam, burn off fat, and build muscle.

Think of this class as Functional Training meets Pilates. This class carries an intense focus on proper body alignment, core control, flexibility, and functional strength (after all, who cares if you can squat a house if you can't even tie your own shoes?).
If you are looking for a class that is challenging yet relaxing and safe, then this is a class for you. After a Kinetic Flow class, you will feel stretched, better aligned, exhausted, and accomplished.
