Owner
Master of Science in Exercise Science Dual Concentration in Rehabilitation Science and Performance Enhancement.
Certifications: IRONMAN Certified Coach, NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASE Certified Speed and Quickness coach, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Massage Therapy, and Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Instructor
Specializations: Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation, Sports Performance (Triathlon, Swimming, Track and Field, Combat Sports, Soccer, Gymnastics, Football) Pilates, and Nutrition
Background: Jason has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. In that time he has worked as a corrective exercise/rehabilitation specialist, personal trainer, triathlon coach, Lifeguard Instructor, swim coach, and EMT. He collaborates with doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, etc. to achieve his clients goals. Jason is also an IRONMAN Finisher, with over 15 endurance race finishes ( Sprint, Olympic, IRONMAN 70.3 and 140.6 distance triathlons, along with multiple half marathon and marathon races). He was a member of his highschool swim team and football team. Jason has over 34 years of martial arts experience (25 years as an instructor) in Karate, Judo, Aikido, and Jiu Jitsu. He was a member of the Texas A&M Judo Team. He has also taught and trained in Japan ('00 and '01). Jason earned his Bachelors from Texas A&M and Masters from California University of Pennsylvania
